A bit about Bornholm’s Nature

To live on this lovely rocky island is a great privilege, for nature is quite diverse, although the island is not very large, only about 588 km². As a tour guide I also have the privilege to be able to follow the seasons of nature and the weather changes throughout the year. Now let me try to share a bit of the nature of this island with you.

It is said jokingly, that when the Lord created the world, he had a small bag of crumbs left at the very end. These he squeeezed together to a small lump and threw into the Baltic Sea - and thus arose Bornholm.
